Friday, February 3rd, 2023 – Atraktos Prevention Center, Pieria Prefecture
After an invitation from the Atraktos Prevention Center, the Association of Visual Artists of Pieria visited the offices of the Center to donate artworks of its members.
The managers of the Center Fyllenia Simou and Popi Gana accepted the donations gladly. “It is our honor to receive a visit from the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Association of Visual Artists of Pieria Mr. Panagiotis Ftaras, photographer, accompanied by members of the Association Mrs. Konstantia Karletsa, painter, and Mr. Dieter Forkotter, painter, and his wife Maria Vakouftsi, who donated their artistic creations to the Atraktos Prevention Center to decorate its rooms. They also represented Mrs. Eleni Vouvari, painter, and Mr. Sotiris Nestoras, visual artist, by bringing their own donations.”
It’s been our honor. My artwork was an oil painting of a landscape that many thought was an image from mount Olympus area. I am glad they liked it and it will decorate a place that helps people and heals souls.
