This year was a long and difficult one. I had to face my mother’s heart attack and later death, much later my wedding, and the next day of my wedding the breaking of my right wrist in an accident. It’s unbelievable how difficult and frustrating it is to be right-handed and not be able to use your right hand for a long time.
But I am up and running again and two days ago I finished the first painting after a long time. This flowerscape, as I call them, is a new day in my painting life.
